The SMP Footy Tipping Competition is FREE TO ENTER, does not involve the exchange of cash to play or include gambling in any form. Prizes are allocated using a random draw monthly and for the grand prize of a trip to the 2022 NRL Grand Final or $2,000 cash (you choose). Entries to the draw are gained by voting for the Footy Tipper of choice on the competition web page. Players can enter multiple times to gain multiple entries into the draw.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 – Every Wednesday the weekly tips from the 14 tipsters will be displayed on the website where you can view along with their scores and ranking. Tips can be found under each tipster by clicking on the tips button.

2 – You are able to view each player’s profile by clicking on the profile button under each tipster

3 – Cast your vote by clicking on the vote button, enter your name, email address & postcode.

4 – All entries are then generated to be eligible for the monthly and grand prize. Be sure to enter as many times as you like to get more entries.

5 – Extra entries will be awarded when sharing your vote by using the hashtag #pickatippa2022, liking the Mackay Competitions Facebook page and picking the winning tipper for that week.

Terms and Conditions – Strategic Media Partners – Footy Tipping Competition 2022.

Official Rules for the Campaign:

Information regarding the prize and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

The promoter is Strategic Media Partners, 36 Wellington Street, Mackay, Queensland, 4740, (“Promoter”).

The promotion commences 5pm AEST Tuesday 8th March 2022. Entries close 5pm Friday 9th September 2022.

To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:

Visit the competition web page via Facebook ad links.

Fully complete the online entry form, by entering their first name, last name, email address, postcode and contact phone number into the fields provided.

Staff employed by Strategic Media Partners are ineligible to enter the promotion.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their first name and suburb may be used by the promoter in local publications advising of their win in this promotion.

This promotion is by random draw; chance determines the winner.

Entrants are only eligible to win the prize if they can visit Strategic Media Partners, 36 Wellington Street, Mackay, Queensland to collect the prize voucher, and subsequently redeem the prize.

All entrants and the winner must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.

Each valid entry received and the winning entry is based on being first drawn. Based on these criteria, one (1) winner will be selected at the end of the Competition Period, Friday 9th September 2022.

Contestants can enter unlimited times throughout the competition.

The Grand Final prize (voucher) must be collected in person by the winner during normal business hours 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at Strategic Media Partners, 36 Wellington St, Mackay, Queensland.

The winner is responsible for any additional expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel arrangements to and from Strategic Media Partners.

The competition prizes supplied by Strategic Media Partners throughout the competition period include:

6x $200 gift vouchers.

1 x NRL Grand Final Prize.

Prize includes 2 tickets to the NRL Grand Final, Sydney. Reserved seating at ANZ stadium. Including transfers to and from the game.

2 return flights from Mackay Airport.

1 night accommodation twin share at 5 star Hyatt Regency, Sydney,(or similar), including transfers to and from the airport.

The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

All Entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. The Promoter will hold the personal information the entrant provides through this promotion so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner and in relation to this and other giveaway promotions.

Competition Judging Process

The monthly competition will be drawn at Strategic Media Partners, 36 Wellington Street on the first Tuesday of every month throughout the competition period.

The Grand Final competition will be drawn at Strategic Media Partners, 36 Wellington Street on 9th September 2022.

Prize winners will be notified by phone within one business day of the draw taking place, initially on the contact phone number provided on entry form.

The winner may also have their first name and suburb published on Promoter’s website and Facebook fan page of Promoter and the website and Facebook fan page of the participating businesses.

Prize winner will present themselves in person to Strategic Media Partners to claim their prize.

Prize winners will present themselves in person to Strategic Media Partners and give permission to have their photo taken to be used on social media.

Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to Strategic Media Partners.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law the Promoter:
